LITTLETON, CO

STEELE RESIDENCE

The primary façade is grounded with a stone base. The first floor window line rests on top of the base and darkened trim pulls the eye up to the decorated gable. Deep overhangs ensure snowfall does not damage the walls and protects from solar gain. An exposed wood entry stands out and creates a threshold from the front yard into the private interior.

On the interior, a contemporary open concept first floor leads residents smoothly from one room to another. The double height living room with a fireplace is overlooked by a balcony and elegant stair case.
